Shipping & Returns
We provide Delivery Services to:
Semenanjung Malaysia | 1 -3 working days | from MYR 6
Sabah/Sarawak | 3 - 5 working days | from MYR 12
Singapore | 3 - 5 working days | from MYR 20
Currently we only ship to Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei. But we hear you! Our team is working hard to expand to other countries. Drop us a DM or comment on our Instagram @brushwithgigi to let us know where you are from 😉
If your order is placed before 11am, we will send your order the same day.
Semenanjung Malaysia
You can expect to receive your order within 1-3 working days.
Sabah, Sarawak & Singapore
You can expect to receive your order within 3-5 working days.
We do not have a pickup point for you, yet. But in case of a tooth emergency, you can always get in touch with us and we can try to arrange an emergency delivery.
Yes, we accept exchange & returns within 7 days of delivery date. As long as the products have not been used and are still sealed. Please contact us at hello@brushwithgigi.com with subject title "EXCHANGE/RETURN" with your order number and we'll email you back with instructions on what to do.
Please note we will not refund the shipping fee and you will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us. Hot tip.. If you're sending something back to us, we suggest sending it with a tracking number. If your return parcel is lost in transit, that's on the shipping provider, not Gigi. Shipping costs can't be refunded, or credited.
Orders
To avoid delays in shipping your order, we try to process it as quickly as possible. So we can’t guarantee. We suggest you get in touch with us within 30 minutes after the order was placed at hello@brushwithgigi.com with the following:
- Subject title - “Urgent Change to Order #”
- Please include your order number in the email
- If you wish to update to a new shipping address, please include the new shipping details in the email
Once again, we cannot guarantee your request will be fulfilled. But we will try our best. Should your request come after your order has been shipped out, we will not be able to cancel your order, but your change of delivery address should be ok!

Subscriptions
We totally understand that sometimes you need a break or want to make some changes to your subscription. Here's how you can easily manage everything:
To make any changes to your subscription, simply log in to your account on our website. Once you're logged in, under the 'Address' section you'll see the 'Subscriptions' link, click on that. From there, you'll see your current subscription and can easily modify your order.
How do I skip my next delivery?
Need a little more time before your next shipment is billed and processed? Or maybe you want it to arrive a bit earlier this month? You can adjust your next billing date by selecting "Reschedule" and edit your date. Click on save and you're good to go! To skip it completely, click on "Skip payment." If you run into any issues, just send a message to our customer experience team at hello@brushwithgigi.com and let us know you'd like to change your next refill date.
How do I pause my subscription?
Need to take a break? No worries, pausing your subscription is super easy. Log into your subscription portal and click on "Pause my Subscription". When you're ready to start again, simply click on "Resume my Subscription" and we'll be right at your door!
How do I cancel my subscription?
We understand that sometimes the timing isn't right or things just aren't working out. If you’d like to cancel your subscription, go to your subscription portal and click on "Cancel Subscription."
